Many people put services on their website that say "i'm a generalist" when they should really narrow their focus and say "i'm a deck building expert".
The first thing we do is help you refocus your brand. This is something we'll cover in our meetings before you sign up so you get the full picture. This sets the foundation for the long term strategy.
After we establish your deck building brand, we use a strategy that combines Local SEO, Micro Sites, and Google Ads. Google ads gets you jobs coming in right away, Local SEO is the long term strategy that brings in all the organic leads for free long term, and Micro Sites are hyper targeted landing pages and we rank them in high value neighborhoods to capture high value leads for free.
Our long term goal is to help you build your referral business so you never have to pay for leads again. In order to do that, we need to play the digital marketing game to speed things up. This strategy builds your high value referral pipeline so you never have to wonder where your next job is coming from and you can stop giving discounts just to get the job.

Long answer: Going from $1 million to $2 million in revenue is different than going from $20k months to $150k months. We determine the best stage for you based on the questions we ask in our discovery call. Most clients start at $1500/m plus ad spend. Ad spend depends on that area and competition and how many jobs you want to get in a month.

The first meeting is just a phone call for 15-30 minutes. No pressure. I am not going to try to sell you on anything on this call. I'll ask a few questions about your business and I can answer some basic questions about what I offer.
Then I need to do an audit of your service area to see what the demand looks like for decks and take a look at your competitors.
Then we'll connect on a zoom call and i can show you how you stand up to your competitors and if I think we can help you hit your revenue goals. This is when we can talk more specific pricing and timeline.
